At Busy Bee Wash Co., we’ve designed our pricing to be simple, transparent, and easy to understand—so you don’t have to wait for a quote or guess what your service will cost.

Our house wash pricing is based on your home’s total square footage, which allows us to provide consistent, upfront pricing for most residential properties.

💰 Simple, Tiered Pricing

We group homes into size ranges, with each tier increasing by a flat amount:

  • Up to 2,000 sq ft = $198

  • 2,000–3,000 sq ft = $298

  • 3,000–4,000 sq ft = $398

  • 4,000–5,000 sq ft = $498

  • And so on

Each tier is priced in $100 increments, meaning most homes fall between $198–$498 for a full exterior soft wash.

This structure keeps things straightforward and ensures you can quickly identify where your home falls without needing a custom quote.

✨ Add-On Service Pricing

Add-on services such as gutter brightening and window cleaning are priced on a per-job basis to ensure accurate and fair pricing for every home.

Unlike house washing, these services can vary significantly depending on factors like the number of windows, accessibility, buildup, and overall layout of the property. Because of this, a flat rate wouldn’t reflect the true scope of work.

When you request an add-on, we’ll assess your home and provide a clear, customized price before starting any work—so you always know exactly what to expect.

Driveway Pricing

At Busy Bee Wash Co., our driveway cleaning pricing is designed to reward customers who bundle services, while still offering flexible options for standalone jobs.

💰 Flat-Rate Pricing (With House Wash)

When you schedule a house wash, you unlock our flat-rate driveway cleaning for $198.

This flat rate applies to standard 2–3 car driveways (up to approximately 2,000 sq ft) and includes a full surface cleaning to remove dirt, grime, and buildup.

Most residential driveways fall within this range, making it an easy and cost-effective add-on to your service.

📏 Standalone Concrete Cleaning

If you choose driveway cleaning by itself (without a house wash), pricing will be based on the size and condition of the driveway.

This is because driveway sizes can vary significantly—from small single-car pads to large multi-vehicle or extended driveways—and require different amounts of time, water, and surface treatment.

For standalone driveway cleanings:

  • We provide a custom quote based on square footage

  • Heavily soiled or oversized driveways may require additional treatment

Veterans’ Discount

At Busy Bee Wash Co., we’re proud to support those who served. U.S. military veterans receive an additional 10% discount on their services. This discount can be combined with other offers as a small token of our appreciation for your service to our country. Veterans are asked to provide government-issued documentation verifying their veteran status.
